1. Social Media Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media pages, including community interaction and message monitoring.
Content Creation & Strategy: Write, design, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, ads) and formulate monthly content plans.
Video Production: Edit Reels and short-form ads using Adobe Premiere/CapCut, adding music, text, motion graphics, and editing voice-overs.
Paid Advertising: Manage end-to-end sponsored campaigns on Meta and Google, including audience targeting, budget management.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports for both organic and paid efforts, conduct competitor analysis, and provide data-driven.
Brand Development: Collaborate on marketing strategies and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads).
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere and/or CapCut).
Strong content creation skills for various formats.
